Steve Woods is the founder, president and chief executive officer of TideSmart Global, Confidential Consumer’s parent company.

Since 2003, Steve has stewarded growth and development, leveraging strategic investments in technology, service offerings (including the acquisition of Confidential Consumer), campus (featuring eco-friendly construction) and talent to establish TideSmart Global companies as the leading providers in experiential marketing.

Prior to founding TideSmart Global, Steve served as the President of Pierce Promotions, an Omnicom agency specializing in experiential marketing. Steve has also held key positions with other noteworthy agency groups (including Interpublic Group and WPP) and brands (Coca-Cola USA, Miller Brewing Company, Ford).

As an adjunct professor at several leading universities, including the University of South Carolina, Clark Atlanta University and Georgia State, Steve has shared his expertise with tomorrow’s leaders and providers.

As a community leader and supporter, Steve supports local entrepreneurs (Maine Angels), has contributed to a collection of non-profit organizations and has served on many boards (including the American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Clubs and the Maine Sports Hall of Fame). He is a former town councilor and town chairman (Yarmouth, ME) and Maine U.S. Senate candidate.

Ken Jackowitz is the General Manager of Confidential Consumer. Ken also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of TideSmart Global, Confidential Consumer’s parent company.

Joining the team in November of 2020, Ken brings his success of designing, building, delivering and optimizing customer experiences across healthcare, retail, technology, financial and outsourcing verticals. His success has been leading organizations of all sizes to embrace emerging technologies and introducing solutions that enable the delivery of exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue growth, customer retention and profitability.

Prior to joining Confidential Consumer, Ken served as the Chief Product, Marketing and Digital Officer of CompuCom, an ODP company, specializing in technology managed services. Ken has also held key senior leadership roles with other companies including IDEXX Laboratories, Bank of America, and Office Depot.

Ken sits on the executive advisory boards of Pathr, a spatial intelligence technology firm, and baüne, a cognitive enterprise solutions integrator.

Ken earned his BS in Marketing Management from Bentley University, and was a Visiting Scientist/Executive in Residence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, working with student innovators on research in human computer interaction, cognitive behavior, and smart cities.

Brian Mula-Howard is Senior Director, Insights & Analytics for Confidential Consumer.  Brian also serves in this role for TideSmart Global, Confidential Consumer’s parent company. In this role, Brian supports local, national, and global clients through the execution of innovative market research tactics and the delivery of actionable insights.

Brian brings to the table nearly 20 years of real-world experience as an accomplished entrepreneur and is the founder of Phantom Shoppers, a provider of mystery shopping research, data, and analytics for the restaurant industry. After being acquired by TideSmart Global in 2015, the company was rebranded as Confidential Consumer.  Brian leads the Confidential Consumer business in providing Experience Intelligence and Insights Analysis for leading brands across multiple industries, serving notable clients that include Canada Goose, Bartaco, McKesson, and Ruth’s Chris.

Brian earned his BS in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
